This renovation project at Molecey Estate in Market Deeping focused on transforming a former working water mill—an iconic local landmark—into an exclusive accommodation and wedding venue, while preserving its rich heritage.

Working closely with the owners, we ensured that every detail honored the estate’s history. Purpose-made joinery was carefully crafted to match existing features, while reclaimed materials were thoughtfully repurposed to maintain authenticity. Throughout the project, original architectural elements were sympathetically restored, seamlessly blending the past with modern functionality.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the renovation was the restoration of a historic bridge and the estate’s Dovecote, bringing these unique features back to life as part of the estate’s charm.
